I've built a simple piezo preamp for my electro-acoustic Cigar Box Guitar.
The particular preamp I built has been featured across the internet, including in Colin's Lab and on https://www.homemade-circuits.com. It's a tiny-bit noisy, but more than usable. It's improved the signal strength and frequency response of the piezo pickup in my CBG. Check out this demo video:
